The hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and a nearby mini market. It was a short walk to the metro and just a few minutes down to Terminal 21. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities such as a pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop.
One small issue was that some previous guests reported noisy and shaky room doors, but overall, it did not detract from the enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a super shady area, convenient to many attractions that this city has to offer. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast, providing a variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel are cute and always ready to assist. The hotel provides a responsive tuk-tuk service, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The rooftop pool is nice, offering a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring.

We loved staying at this place! It’s located within walking distance from both public transport and the main entertainment hub of the area, while being on a main road but within alleys. Also, it’s close to the most popular shopping mall Terminal 21. The service is amazing: the staff is very helpful and smily at the morning buffet, they offer a free tuk tuk service from the hotel to Nana station or Terminal 21, and are very helpful with tours and tickets.
We enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace, and spa & wellness centre. The staff provided fresh beach umbrellas every day, and the fitness studio was great.

I particularly appreciated the assistance of one of the bell service staff who helped me secure a taxi for two days, as Thai taxi drivers have a reputation for refusing rides.
